Exchange 2010 CAS server disk usage
CAS servers do a lot of IIS logging which eats up a fair bit of disk space. To clear some back, log onto your CAS server follow these steps:
Browse to C:\inetpub\logs\LogFiles\W3SVC1
Highlight all text documents except the one/ones dated today
Right click > send to > Compressed (zipped) folder
Deleted all of the text documents you have just archived
Rename the new zip file that has been created to zipped logs next number
When space starts getting low and there are no logs to compress I then start deleting the oldest zip files
